Course Objectives for Tactical Defense Level I

The Tactical Defense Level I course is designed to equip participants with fundamental skills in the safe and effective use of their bodies for defensive purposes. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical exercises, participants will develop a comprehensive understanding of situational awareness, defensive combative techniques, and relevant legal considerations pertaining to the self-defense laws of Massachusetts.
