Safe House by Tactical Self Rescue is a comprehensive 4-hour self-defense class. The class focuses on essential skills such as situational awareness, the effective use of defensive weapons, and martial arts techniques tailored for defense and escape. Participants will learn strategies to avoid dangerous situations and practice combative maneuvers that prioritize escaping from an attacker. This course aims to empower participants with practical knowledge and confidence in protecting themselves.

Class Objectives:

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  1. Understand and apply the principles of situational awareness to prevent dangerous encounters.
  2. Demonstrate proper handling, usage, and application of defensive weapons.
  3. Perform basic physical defensive and offensive strikes, breaks, and maneuvers to escape from an attacker.
